Calsafe Consulting was founded with one clear goal — to help businesses operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

Led by Calvin Gildenhuys, a Business Management graduate with extensive hands-on experience across operations, safety, and business growth, Calsafe Consulting offers practical, results-driven solutions tailored to small and growing businesses.

Calvin’s career started in a small electrical company, where he implemented systems that improved structure, efficiency, and day-to-day operations. He later expanded his expertise at a Cleaning and Hygiene company, working his way up to Key Accounts Manager, managing large clients across multiple regions and successfully planning and executing the rollout of major contracts. A key part of his success was introducing and refining systems that supported rapid business growth.

He went on to establish and grow a new branch in Cape Town for a Pest Management company, scaling it into a successful operation before moving into a regional leadership role overseeing multiple provinces. In this role, he managed operations, sales, and training, while developing teams and implementing systems that improved performance and service delivery.

Calvin does not only hold a bachelors degree in business management but is also a registered training assessor. His passion for continuous learning has driven him to do multiple short courses in health and safety, leadership and training.

Through Calsafe Consulting, Calvin now brings this real-world experience to other businesses — helping them streamline operations, implement effective systems, improve compliance, and unlock growth.
